XOM Falls On Buyout Of XTO...All Stock Deal Worth 25% Premium To XTO Shareholders

In general, buyouts have this effect. The buyer is essentially dilluting their stock to make the purchase. XOM is falling nicely today but coming into a key target shown below as a possible buy scalp play.
