U.S. DOLLAR INDEX IS STILL NEAR THE LOWS OF THE DAY

The U.S. Dollar index is still near the lows of the day. This is helping commodities and agriculture stocks trade higher today. However, the overall market is really not feeding off of the dollar as it usually does.
