How Do I Renew My Subscription?

After you initially sign up, your subscription will be on automatic renewal. Every month following the date you initially joined your credit card will be charged for the service you are subscribed to unless you cancel prior to your next monthly renewal.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. However, you must cancel before your next monthly renewal date. You can cancel by signing into your account, clicking on "subscriptions" and there you will find your current subscriptions and the option to cancel. I Am Not Receiving The Research Center Email/Text Message Alerts?

First, ensure that you have your settings for receiving the alerts selected on your profile. You can check this by signing into your account, clicking on "subscriptions" then "edit subscriptions." There you will find your alert options, please input all of the information properly as it is asked. If you are still not receiving the Email alerts, please ensure you do not have ANY spam filters blocking our emails. Gmail users may need to add a new permission to your email account. We cannot be responsible for alerts not received as many factors may play a part in the sending/receiving of these alerts. With that said, we suggest all Research Center subscribers check the Hot Charts & Alerts a few times throughout market hours to stay on top of the calls and action. After hours alerts should not be considered as time sensitive. Also many alerts or Hot Charts & Alerts posts will contain specific levels for entry, when these levels are given note them on your charts and be prepared to enter or exit the trade when the levels are reached. Arm, yourself with the information you need to profit!

How Can I Log Into The Site On My Mobile Device?

For mobile devices we have place an alternative login box on the very bottom right hand side of the website. This will make for easier logging in. You will see on the bottom right hand side of the website, it says "Login."  A full moble website and application are in the works, all good things come in time!

Can I View The Daily Analysis Video On My Iphone?

The Daily Analysis Video of the Research Center is in flash format, as we know, Apple does not like flash programs. With that said, you have alternatives for viewing the flash videos on your apple device by downloading server-side Flash-to-H.264 transcoding apps. The company, SkyFire provides this alternative for iPhone, iPod touch – $2.99 iTunes link. SkyFire for iPad – $4.99 iTunes link. We at ITMS do not endorse nor have any relationship with this company, it is purely a recommendation. There are also other programs for converting flash on your apple device, search the web for more.

How Do I Change My Name In The Intra Day Stock Chat live webinar?

If you have previously saved your name as it appears in the Intra Day Stock Chat, or need to change it to our required format follow these steps:

- The quickest fix will be to go to your "control panel" on your computer, locate "GoToMeeting" and click "uninstall." Then go back to the Intra Day Stock Chat page and join the webinar as you normally would, only this time when prompted to input your name, use your First and Last name as it appears on your ITMS profile.
