I Want To Return To Your Services, How Do I Do That?
If you had an account with us in the past and you would like to return. Simply login to your account on our website with your previous login information; username/password. Once you have a username and password, there is no reason to create a new account. Once you are signed up to the service(s), your subscription will automatically renew a month from the date you joined. Every month following the date you initially joined your credit card will be charged for the service you are subscribed to unless you cancel prior to your next monthly renewal.
I Am Not Receiving The Research Center Email/Text Message Alerts?
First, ensure that you have your settings for receiving the alerts selected on your profile. You can check this by signing into your account, clicking on "text & email alerts" under your profile image on your dashboard. There you will find your alert options, please input all of the information properly as it is asked. If you are still not receiving the Email alerts, please ensure you do not have ANY spam filters blocking our emails. Gmail users may need to add a new permission to your email account and ensure the emails are not going to spam. We cannot be responsible for alerts not received as many factors may play a part in the sending/receiving of these alerts. With that said, we suggest all Research Center subscribers check the Hot Charts & Alerts at least once in the morning session and once in the afternoon to stay on top of the calls and action. After hours alerts should not be considered as time sensitive. Also many alerts or Hot Charts & Alerts posts will contain specific levels for entry, when these levels are given note them on your charts and be prepared to enter or exit the trade when the levels are reached. Arm, yourself with the information you need to profit!

How Do I Change My Name In The Intra Day Stock Chat live webinar?
If you have previously saved your name as it appears in the Intra Day Stock Chat, or need to change it to our required format follow these steps:
- The quickest fix will be to go to your "control panel" on your computer, locate "GoToMeeting" and/or "Citrix" and click "uninstall." Then go back to the Intra Day Stock Chat page and join the webinar as you normally would, only this time when prompted to input your name, use your First and Last name as it appears on your ITMS profile.

How Do I Cancel & Manage My Subscriptions?
Canceling your membership(s) and viewing your membership dates, is simple. All you need to do is click on the "subscriptions" button under your profile image found when you are logged into your account, on your dashboard. There you will see all of your service(s) and the ability to cancel with one click. You can cancel your subscription at anytime. However, you must cancel before your next monthly renewal date or free trial expiration. It is your responsibility to cancel before your next renewal. No refund will be issued, however, once you cancel you will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of the month. However, the only valid form of cancellation is by clicking the "cancel" button on your "manage subscriptions" page as mentioned above, emailing or leaving voice mail messages to cancel is not considered a valid form of cancellation.
